Position the outlet and rack ready for connection to the cables.

The rack can be reversed and screwed on the front of the console ready for termination.

Strip the sheath from the cables exposing the twisted pairs ready for termination. Check continuity and attach final identification labels on each end of the cables for future reference.
Carefully terminate the cables using the impact insertion tool. It is very important that each pair are not untwisted more than 13mm from the termination connections.

Secure the cables using the grip ties supplied do not overtighten and crush the cables. You can now secure the faceplate and rack ensuring cables are not trapped..

To test the installation connections insert a patch cord into outlet No.1 and tester port 568 A\B. Insert the other patch cord into rack No.1 and tester port 568 A\B. Both testers should show a sequence of 4 green lights flashing from 4-5 through to 7-8. Any other sequence or red lights determines the cables are incorrect and be checked and re-tested. This test should be carried out on all numbered circuits.
